Unit Items

The Unit Items frame allows you to assign and maintain a list of items to associate with a unit for informational purposes.

 

 

How to:

Add a new unit item

  1. Double-click in Unit field to select an item from the Unit List.

  2. Double-click on an item in the Unit List.

  3. Select Save.

View unit items

  1. Enter a valid Unit number or double-click to select from Unit List.

  2. Press Enter or Tab.

  3. View Item Information.

Modify unit items

  1. Enter a valid Unit number or double-click to select from Unit List.

  2. Press Enter or Tab.

  3. Modify Item Information fields, as applicable.

  4. Select Save.

Delete unit item

  1. Select the Item row.

  2. Select Delete. The system highlights the fields red.

  3. Select Save.

Note: You are unable to delete items when the Mandatory Item checkbox is selected.

Copy Unit Items to Units Request Items? (Y/N) Setting the flag to "Y" will cause unit items and values to be copied to the request items. Setting the flag to "N" will prevent unit items from being copied to unit request items.
